Brought to you by:
Now to the final step...testing. We get to see if all of your hard work paid off, or if it was a waste of time and i'm a bumbling idiot! Now the first thing we need to do is turn on our 360 and get to the dashboard. Navigate over to the settings blade and select "Network Settings" and select it. On the next menu, select, "Test xBox Live Connection". If you are logged into live, you will need to be logged out for the tests to run. After the tests finish running, you should have the following results:
- Network Adapter: Wired or Wireless (Depending on the connection type used
- Wireless Network: varies (depends on if your are connected wirelessly)
- IP Address: Conirmed
- DNS: Confirmed
- MTU: Confirmed
- ICMP: Confirmed
- Xbox Live: Confirmed
- NAT:Open
